Before you can switch out of Elapsed-time Scheduling mode, you must supply the Scheduler with a Project Start Date. To specify the Project Start Date, pull down the Project menu and select the Show Information item.
Enter a project start date in any form recognizable by your computer. TeamFlow correctly interprets "2/4/72" as February 4 or April 2, depending upon local usage. Click the Apply button to see the long form of the date you entered.
Click the OK button to close the window.
To switch out of Elapsed-time Scheduling mode, pull down the Project menu and select Preferences. Turn off the Use Elapsed-time Scheduling switch. Click OK to close the window.
The Gantt Chart now shows the project schedule against a real calendar which begins on the designated Project Start Date. You can specify the length of your work week and project holidays using the Calendar command on the Schedule menu.
